My breakfast for this morning. I have vowed to myself to start eating healthier, so I am going to start with breakfast. Instead of having a nice, sweet, delicious bowl of fruit loops, I will now how a healthy serving of fresh fruit… or frozen if you want to be so technical 😀

Ingredients in my concoction are:

Frozen cherries

Frozen strawberries

Orange juice

“Life’s Basics” plant protein- vanilla flavor

I personal do not add any dairy in my smoothies.
